How to make Keto Chocolate – ‘Nectar of the Gods’

For two people:
2-3 tablespoons of pure full fat cacao
1/2 – 1 tablespoon of Maca
2-3 large tablespoons of Ghee or grass fed butter
Pure coconut milk to taste If vegan substitute coconut oil for ghee.

Ancient wisdom has described these rules for thousands of years, and now, scientific research is actually finding evidence and explanations to these claims that we, in a modern society, can understand and assimilate.

Scientific Explanation of The Power of Prayer

There’s a school of Breathwork Meditation called SOMA. It’s a system based around ancient wisdom from Pranayama, and modern scientific research. Some of the benefits that people get from SOMA is a complete reprograming of their subconscious mind.

The process consists of Raising one’s level of vibration through the power of LOVE and positive energy. Scientists have measured the vibrations of human emotions and they found that a state of peace and relaxation, is actually a very high vibrational state.

This is why meditation is so powerful. When you are completely relaxed, your body and mind are vibrating at a really high frequency. From then, if you start focusing on emotions of LOVE and COMPASSION, you will vibe even higher.

By meditating in this vibrational states, the brain is actually quite receptive to change. This is where prayer comes in. Once you are fully relaxed, and truly feeling the energy of Love, Compassion, Gratitude…all of these beautiful feelings, you are actually charging your body with the strongest of vibrations in our human physiology.

If you constantly tell yourself something, you convince yourself that is true (wether it’s true or not doesn’t matter) and mix it with high states of vibration such as LOVE and COMPASSION, your brain will accept this idea and start literally forming new neuronal connections around it.

We will go over the steps in a minute, for now, you just have to understand that Miracle Prayer starts with reaching high states of beautiful emotions in your body and then focusing on the prayer that you want to manifest as though it’s already real.

How NOT To Pray (Why Law of Attraction nor Prayer Don’t Work)

Sometimes during a stressful situation it can be a real challenge to switch our emotional states from worry and fear to peace and trust, let alone love and joy. However this is the secret.

Let’s analyze these statements:
“Please! make it work please!”
“please I need the money, please help me get some money”
“I don’t want to die, please help me heal”.

These statements of intent are surrounded by an energy of fear and worry. By saying things like “I need” or “I don’t want to” you are actually mixing the emotion of fear and worry with a statement of not having. “I need” actually means “I don’t have” so even though you’re asking for something, the message you are sending is of not having something…so you will very likely stay where you are.

If you think “I am sick…”, chances are very strong that your recovery will be an uphill battle because you are programming yourself to “be sick”.

This is really tricky, specially when you’re already suffering symptoms and are going through an intense health challenge. However, this is your own life so if there’s a chance of you getting better, why not take it?

How to do Miracle Prayer (How the Law of Attraction Really Works)

When you use statements of “already having” what you want. Or statements of “already being” the person you want to be, you are sending out a msg of already having this thing you desire.

By convincing yourself that you already have what you want or already feel how you want to feel, you are generating inside of yourself the feelings as if you already have what you want. This is tricky to do when you’re feeling ill, however this is how all recovery starts.

You can say to yourself things like:

“I eat a balanced and healthy diet. I am a healthy person. This situation is temporary. I am healthy. I am healing myself. My body knows how to heal iself and I trust it.”

Simply by reading those statements, you can feel how the “energy” around those words is more positive. Again, this is challenging when you feel low in energy and are surrounded by pain, however we’ll talk about that in a second.

“I am hard working and disciplined. I deserve money and financial stability.”

This statement sends out the msg of already being the person that you need to be to manifest what you want.

The Secret Ingredient

The statements alone are a good start, however they are not enough. This is another reason why prayer or the law of attraction might not work.

Once you have a powerful statement, that speaks to you, that is positive and that represents what you want as if you already have it, then is time to mix that statement with powerful energetic vibrations.

Science has found the most powerful emotional energies, among them we find (there’s more, but for now let’s go with these):

  • Love
  • Gratitude
  • Compassion

The common element around these emotions is that they are heart felt emotions. Science has proven that breathing and feeling from the heart triggers these beautiful, powerful states in human phisionomy having all kinds of amazing benefits.

So here are the basic steps to making sure you’re prayer works:

  1. Come up with a positive statement that describes you as a healthy individual
  2. Meditate. Play music that you love, or use some of the resources in this article
  3. As you relax, put your hand in your chest and think of something you love, are grateful for or feel compassion for
  4. As you feel the energy of your chosen emotion spread through your body repeat the statement to yourself and imagine yourself being fully healthy
  5. Imagine your posture and facial expression as a healthy person fully exited to wake up and go about your day. Make the image in your head as vivid as possible.
  6. Do this all the time

“This is a meditation in which you have to be continuously alert, conscious, aware, whatsoever you do. The first step, breathing; the second step, catharsis; the third step, the mantra, ‘Hoo.’

Remain a witness. Don’t get lost. It is easy to get lost. While you are breathing you can forget; you can become one with the breathing so much that you can forget the witness. But then you miss the point. Breathe as fast, as deep as possible, bring your total energy to it, but still remain a witness. Observe what is happening as if you are just a spectator, as if the whole thing is happening to somebody else, as if the whole thing is happening in the body and the consciousness is just centered and looking. This witnessing has to be carried in all the three steps. And when everything stops, and in the fourth step you have become completely inactive, frozen, then this alertness will come to its peak.”

This meditation lasts an hour and has five stages. You can do it alone, or with others. Using your breathing, you build up energy inside you and then let yourself go wild.

You can scream, shout, sing, dance, and move your body in anyway you want. And then you shout the mantra, ¨Hoo!¨ and stop all movement. Afterwards, you celebrate your revitalized feeling with music and dance.

The New Meditation Teacher Training: Soma Breathwork Meditation

Although the meditations mentioned above are the most popular. It doesn’t mean they’re the best.

Soma breathwork meditation is a new type of meditation teacher training you can do.

This type of meditation teacher training is one of the most beneficial types of meditation you can do from an emotional, spiritual and overall health perspective.

Although you may not know much about it, soma breathwork meditation was the original way to meditate. This is because it’s a combination of Pranayama, the formal practice of controlling your breath which goes back to ancient times, and meditation.

In the yoga tradition, your breath is said to carry your life force or prana.

Soma breathwork meditation shows you how to tap into this and transform your health.

The Science Behind Soma Breathwork Meditation

In school you would have learnt the following equation:

O2 + Glucose = CO2 + H2O + ATP (energy)

What this means is every time you inhale, oxygen combines with glucose in the mitochondria of your cells to produce carbon dioxide, water and ATP energy. And when you exhale, you breathe out the carbon dioxide and water.

It’s important to have the right balance of oxygen, as too much can cause oxidative stress which can lead to inflammation and cell damage.

In what’s called the Bohr effect, you need the right amount of carbon dioxide so you can release oxygen, normally bound to haemoglobin, into your tissues.

This means when you change the way you breathe, you can consciously control your involuntary nervous system and activate either the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.

Soma breathwork meditation energizes your body as you inhale more oxygen than normal by breathing rapidly. While breathing slower and longer on the exhale raises your levels of carbon dioxide and dilates your blood vessels by stimulating nitric oxide. The has a relaxing effect on your body.

Overcome Trauma and Live a Life of Flow

When you experience trauma, negative emotions become trapped in your body. You can carry these negative emotions around for years, even decades, later.

This means past trauma, going back as far as your childhood, can hold you back from achieving inner peace and happiness today.

It hyper-oxygenates your body, as you inhale more oxygen and exhale more carbon dioxide than normal.

Correct Your Breathing

First of, let’s make sure we got the basics covered:

  1. Sit with the spine straight
  2. Place your left hand on your belly and the right hand on your chest
  3. Take a deep breathe in through the nostrils
  4. Which hand went up first?

If the right hand went up first, it means you’re breathing from your chest. This is shallow breathing and isn’t ideal. If you imagine someone breathing fast, hyperventilating and having a panic attack, for example, you will notice they are breathing from the chest. This can cause stress and anxiety.

If the Left hand went up first then congratulations, you’re breathing properly. When you breathe from your belly, you’re activating receptors meant to relax you and calm you down (more on this later) plus you will be able to fill up your whole lung capacity. This is the first step to breathe yoga.

So let’s try this again.

How To Breathe Yoga – Yogic Breaths

  1. Sit with your spine straight
  2. Through your nostrils, take a very long and smooth breath in
  3. Make sure you’re breathing through your belly first. After it fills up, let the chest fill up too
  4. Exhale through your mouth, very slow and smooth (make your lips as if blowing through a straw)
  5. Repeat a few times until you can fill up your whole lung capacity on each breath in. Make sure you’re not moving your shoulders much.
  6. Make the exhales also very long, smooth and controlled
  7. Breathe like this forever, as much as you can for the rest of your life

***When breathing like this, you might notice yourself getting tired. If that’s the case, it means you actually need some rest and probably haven’t noticed. It might actually be a sign that your lifestyle could use some changes. If breathing like this makes you sleepy, keep going until you fall asleep. You need it.

What Happens In Our body When We Breathe Yoga

Always breathe in through the nose

Although is ok to breathe from the mouth every now and then (and there are techniques for this too), our nostrils are designed to regulate the temperature of the air and filter out tons and tons of impurities. Breathing through the mouth actually skips that step. Then, there’s a second filter which is the windpipe. Once the air has been “cleaned up”, it reaches the lungs.

Our nostrils also produce Nitric Oxide (NO) which is sent to our lungs on each inhale. NO is a key ingredient for solid blood circulation, muscle endurance and protection against virus, bacteria and anything that can cause an infection. NO deficiency, created by aging, smoking and poor diet can lead to low levels of energy and even can affect your sexual life (among other problems).

Some people actually take NO supplements to increase energy and build muscle, however once you learn that the simple act of inhaling through the nose generates free NO, it makes sense that taking in longer inhales will supply you with extra energy, strengthen your immune system and increase your over all well being and vitality.

No need for coffee, energy drinks nor artificial supplements. Simply eat lots of veggies, drink lots of water and do long inhales. Extra energy guaranteed.

Always breathe in through the belly first and THEN the chest

Figuring out how to properly breathe yoga will show you the beauty of filling up your full lung capacity. Most people only use like 20% of their lungs and this causes many issues that we somehow came to believe were normal.

Why it’s important to AVOID chest, shallow breathing

If you’re only breathing from your chest, you’re constantly stimulating the Sympathetic Nervous System. That means you’re constantly on a state of adrenaline and “survival” mode which makes it literally impossible to relax. This actually creates stress, anxiety etc.

When that happens, people tend to look for relief in drugs, pharmaceuticals, etc and oftentimes we get sick and depressed not even knowing why. Stress is actually considered one of the number one killers of our time since most health issues can be traced back to a stressful lifestyle. However, once we realize that shallow, chest breathing, is a source of constant stress, well it’s actually quite an easy fix.

Belly Breathing – The Answer You Were Looking For

Stimulating the Sympathetic Nervous System, through chest breathing, isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The problem is when we ONLY stimulate it. To balance things out, we have to ALSO stimulate the Parasympathetic Nervous System.

Well, the belly has a huge concentration of Parasympathetic receptors. This means that belly breathing will stimulate relaxation, digestion and rest. Too much of this might also not be ideal because then we would only sit down and do nothing all day.

Long exhales

Most of the oxygen O2 in the body is actually absorbed on the exhales. Doing long extended exhalations will make sure you’re getting enough oxygen plus it’s also stimulating the Parasympathetic system, relaxing you even further. This is why we purse our lips, like blowing through a straw. It makes it easier to extend the exhale.

Perfect Breathing

When you breathe in through the belly, you’re staying relaxed. Once the belly is full, you can go ahead and fill up your chest. By filling up the belly and the chest you are using your full lung capacity. This allows you to fill up as much energy (NO) and (O2) as you can take on each inhale. Then, when you extend the exhalation, you’re relaxing fully, while absorbing all the energy you just accumulated in the inhale.

Flow – Breathe in Beats

The balance between the Symphathetic System and the Parasympathetic System is where you find the sweet spot. This is where Rhythmic Breathing comes in. We call it Breathe in Beats.

When your inhale is as long as your exhale, meaning they’re both the same length of time, you’re purposely keeping an equilibrium between Boosting Energy and Full Relaxation. This is the optimum human state to be, the Ninja like peace and power.

Benefits of Yogic Breathing

Science says when you breathe yoga for only a few minutes, this will create a cascade of effects in the body that will last up to six hours. Doing long inhales, through the belly, filling up full lung capacity and then extending the exhales will give your body the signal that it can relax and take the time to heal.

As a result, this actually regulates your heart beat and puts you in a state of Heart Coherence. This coherence is when all the systems in our body are working in full beautiful harmony, so we can live our lives at the maximum of our physical and mental capacities. The more you live like this, the less stressed you’ll be. You will literally live longer. Your body will also become more efficient at “burning fuel” so you will have much more energy. You will also experience a better sense of clarity and focus.

After some time, when you get used to these feelings, each inhale will give you an amazing euphoric feeling and each exhale will relax you tremendously.

As you can see in the video, Niraj and Gary brought their heart rate up for more than 20 bpm (Gary actually went up much much more) and then lowered it another 20 bpm, before going back to normal resting pace, in a matter of seconds!!!

Here’s a snap shot of Gary’s Heart Rate at the beginning and end of the exercise. As you can see it starts at 69 bpm (the little number to the right) and he was able to bring it up to 111 bpm in about one minute (The video is sped up).

2.) Contract as long as you feel comfortable and watch your heart rate go up on your heart rate monitor by around 20-30 BPM. When you relax, you will then observe a drop in heart rate even below your normal resting heart rate for a few minutes as your nervous system has a reset.

3.) If you hold your breath in while you contract your muscles it will enhance the effect and you will also feel a rise in body temperature. You can also close your eyes, lower your head and relax. It is fine to hold your breath here for as long as you feel comfortable, or until you can’t hold it anymore.

Bringing your Heart Rate Down

By lowering the Heart Rate, and as result, Blood Pressure you’re actually replacing many of the drugs meant to slow down the heart. Practicing this everyday will make you much more in control over your emotional states. Over time you can practically become immune to stress. Steps:

1.) Sit in a comfortable place.

What Exactly is Mumble Rap?

According to wikipedia the term “mumble rap” was coined in 2016 by Wiz Khalifa. There is disagreement over who first rapped in such a style, although its creation has been attributed to rappers such as Gucci Mane, Chief Keef, and especially Future. However Mumble rap’s meteoric rise and success may be credited to a Canadian born music star, Drake with the record ‘Hot Line Bling’. Written (using that term loosely) by Drake himself this insult to music has since amassed over a billion views on Youtube.

However Drake is still a very polished version of mumble rap, and no longer even considered to be in the same genre as the new emerging artists, because at least you can make out some of his lyrics, even though a Chinese kindergarten student can probably write a more intellectual sounding song.

Mumble rap on the other hand has unbelievably degenerated into something far worse than what Drake has to offer. Yes, you can safely say Mumble rap is now potentially more dangerous to youth culture than a British Royal pedo ring, and in this article you will discover exactly why.

What happens when you listen to mumble rap

Music is very subjective and it’s effects are different depending on whether you think like it or hate it:

You hate it:

  1. You turn it off and immediately save yourself from the toxic effects of this new disaster of a so called musical genre.

You think you like it:

  1. At first you hear it and think: “this must be some kind of joke”
  2. You freak out because all your friends are actually listening to it
  3. Youtube and your friends keep recommending you stuff to listen to. You can’t escape. It’s playing absolutely everywhere.
  4. In order to fit in with the ‘cool kids’ you pretend to like mumble rap too. You even begin to look like mumble rap star.
  5. You are now literally brainwashed into liking it. Your mind has bee fooled by the power and misuse of social media marketing.
  6. You realize how easy it is to make mumble rap. Becoming a mumble rap star seems to be way towards wealth and fame. No need for a job to get off the streets.
  7. You resort to shooting a fellow mumble rap star, or raping a child and then bragging about it to get more views.
  8. You end up dead or in jail before the age of 20, but hey, at least you were ‘cool’ for a very brief moment.

What Bad Music Does To Your Health

Music has a measurable physiological effect based on whether you resonate with it or not, and music that resonates with you has the ability to light up all areas of your brain and boost low alpha brainwaves associated with optimum cognitive function.

Listen to two pieces of music, one you love and one that you really hate…

How do you feel after listening to each one? Do you feel contracted or expanded? Do you want to relax and enjoy or run away?

So if you really love mumble rap, then it may actually have a positive physiological effect on your body. However if deep down inside you are just faking it to try and fit in, and you secretly hate it, then be warned, because it will have negative effect on your brain.

Researchers at University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore showed that listening to your favourite music can actually be good for your cardiovascular system. Music personally selected by participants of the study that they loved showed to dilate blood vessels, lower blood pressure and improve blood flow. However music that they perceived as stressful (most participants chose heavy metal or gangster rap), narrowed blood vessels and created an unhealthy response.

Music Is The Language Of The Soul

In a study by Sir Dr David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. ,an internationally renowned psychiatrist, into the effects of different types of music using muscle testing. He says that, “Whereas virtually all classical music and most pop music (including “classic” rock and roll) caused a universally strong response, the “hard” or “heavy metal” rock that first gained acceptance in the late 70’s produced a universally weak response.”

Dr Hawkins says that , “Among our test subjects, punk rock, death rock and gangster rap music made every subject go weak, confirming earlier observations made by Dr. John Diamond.”

This means that just by listening to mumble rap, which is an even cruder form of gangster rap, you become weaker –  a side effect of listening to mumble rap that’s not much use for a wannabe gangster!

In a study of students Dr. James Johnson of the University of North Carolina found that listening to rap music increased tolerance for and predisposition to violence. It also promoted materialism and reduced interest in academic studies.

Dr Hawkins concludes that “the music of Bach makes everyone go strong, even if they don’t personally like it, just as heavy metal music makes all subjects go weak, even if they personally prefer it.”

This shows that certain styles of music speak the true language of the soul and resonate with your nervous system in a positive way, regardless of how messed up society has made you and your taste in music.

How Did Mumble Rap Get So Popular?

Imagine when you first had a sip of beer, you may have spat it out and wondered why on earth do adults drink this crap?

The same thing goes for music, why is it that there are some genres of music you cannot stand but then you grow to love (or are you really just faking your love for Drake to be accepted by the cool kids?)

How The Kids Got Brainwashed

Thoughty2 (Arran) a Youtuber makes a great analysis of why music has become so bad today. Back in the time when bands like The Beatles and Pink Floyd, artists like Michael Jackon, Stevie Wonder and Prince were selling millions of records worldwide, mainstream music actually featured real musicians who could play real instruments. During this time in the history of commercial music people actually bought records. Due to the digitalization of music, record sales are now non existent forcing record companies to take desperate measures to stay in business.

Music is now accessed cheaply and easily on platforms like Spotify, Youtube and Soundcloud so the record labels make a fraction of what they used to by selling vinyl records and CD’s. It is now estimated to cost $3 – 5 million dollars just to launch an artist so record labels no longer take risks as it is too expensive to test an artist out. It’s far safer with the cookie cutter approach of just repeating a formula over and over again.

Rap music videos are also now constructed with the aim to go viral by trying to be as shocking and offensive as possible.

Drake Made Dumb Music Cool.

Now every single mumble rap or gangster rap song sounds almost identical because they are emulating the one song that made Drake into a star, but not the whole song, just a few bars of it with the most irritatingly catchy mumbling hook. Every rap artist wants to be like Drake. It’s far easier to emulate a dumbed down Drake than his musically, intellectually and lyrically far superior counterpart, Eminem.

Easier to replicate = cheaper to make hits and videos go viral. More concerning to the fate of humanity is that another artist called 6ix9ine took mumble rap to another level of bad taste, and everyone now wants to be like him.

Music Videos That Inspire Violence

If the music could not get much worse than it is, what definitely takes things to a darker and more disturbing level is the music videos that go with them. Kids with balaclavas and hoodies bragging about their latest rape or murder. Sexually offensive and disrespectful lyrics and images of women. Violence, abuse and bragging about it, seems to be a staple part of the mumble rap formula.

Lyrics That Create A Culture Of Chaos

Just think how much of your life today is a result of something you read, listened to or inspired by a lyric from your favorite song. Words create cultures and musical lyrics may be the most powerful culture forming tool that has ever existed. The bible states ‘In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.’  The Rigveda is considered the world’s oldest religious text that is the root of yoga, meditation and the Hindu religion. It is a collection of songs, sung to a special rhythm that is said to contain the secrets of the universe and gave rise to one of the world’s first civilisations located in the Indus valley. This ancient civilisation is claimed to be more spiritually and even technologically advanced than modern society today. People lived many times longer than they do today, and in more harmony with nature.

By simply looking at what the kids are now listening to, and the obvious degeneration of youth culture today witnessed in the world today, in the so called ‘developed nations’, perhaps this claim is not so far fetched.

Last year, Florida rapper XXXTentacion was charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness-tampering. You would think a civilised society would choose not to celebrate this artist, however his debut single has been certified platinum by the RIAA, and his debut album has reached No. 2 on the Billboard albums chart.

Another mumble rap star, Kodak Black was fighting sexual harassment charges, while streaming on instagram a video of a group gang bang of a girl in his hotel room. His fans made a digital campaign like the #FreeKodak hashtag showing nothing but support for his behaviour that involves assaulting an unnamed woman, removing her underwear, attacking her orally, and penetrating her.

6ix9ine, arguably the most famous of the new breed of mumble rap stars, who looks like a demented manga cartoon reject with rainbow teeth, has pleaded guilty to the “use of a child in a sexual performance”.

Meanwhile Lil Peep, another huge mumble rap star, recently died of an overdose of fentanyl (the only thing they share in common with mega stars, Prince and Michael Jackson, most definitely not the talent!) Prescription opiates are another staple ingredient of this scene’s lyrics which makes the fast growth of this movement even more terrifying.

The Black Plague Of Music Is An Example Of Technology Gone Wrong

Thanks to the viral nature of platforms like Soundcloud and Youtube, mumble rap stars now have an extremely powerful and cheap method for reaching their fans, who are primarily made up of young kids and teens. Bypassing the filters of more discerning and socially responsible record labels and radio stations, we now have an epidemic of delibrately bad music. Music is now easier and cheaper to make than ever thanks to software and the fact people like Drake, Niki Minaj and other stars of genres like grime made unintelligent beats devoid of music acceptable for release. These days the dumber the music the more popular it becomes in the mainstream it seems.

However this time instead of physically wiping out populations like the black plague did back in the 14th century, technology can now spread and actually breed new generations of people who may be more likely to become rapists, killers and addicts, but now on a potentially unprecedented scale.

Patricia Collins, the author of ‘From Black Power to Hip-Hop: Racism, Nationalism, and Feminism’, “Mass media created a seemingly authentic Black American culture that glamorized drugs, violence, and hypersexuality.” She also correctly states that hip hop has been converted into a multi-billion industry that has been turned to “generate cold, hard cash.”

Several studies now show that negative impact of rap music on youth culture relating to sexual abuse and drugs. One particular study by The Pacific Institute of Research and Evaluation researched 1,200 California community-college students (ages 15–25). The participants answered survey questions about their music-listening habits, use of alcohol and drugs, and aggressive behaviours like fighting. Clements concern regarding hip hop and drug use seems to be true because the study discovered that 70% of the students who listened to hip hop or rap music had connections with their substance use and aggressive behaviors.

Big Budgets Boosts Views and  Brainwashes For Bigger Bottom Lines!

An average mumble rap hit from someone like Trippie Redd can amount 30-50 million views in a relative short period of time, however a mega star like Drake has videos reaching more than a billion views! This was extremely alarming to witness and appeared at first to be a true measure of the popularity of this degenerate genre of music compared to other some what more positive genres of music to youth culture. A meditation music track for example will at most reach 1-2 million views, and the many benefits of meditation for youth culture are undeniable.

However a music industry insider explained that all is not what it seems. He explained that major record labels use paid advertising such as Youtube Promoted Videos as a way to simulate virility of a music track. When you watch a video on Youtube you often and annoyingly will see a short video advert that plays directly before the video you actually wanted to see. Most of the time you will shut this video down and not pay attention to it, however Youtube still classes this as a view!

This means record labels with massive budgets can work with platforms like Youtube to dramatically increase the number of views giving the false impression that it’s popular, when actually it isn’t. This helps the artist in several ways including their bottom line as they now appear to be famous. Mainstream culture follows a very obvious herd mentality and will rather go to see the concert of someone who is famous, or buy the clothes and merchandise of that person, even if the music is atrocious.

This is how you create a brand and make a lot of ‘cold hard cash’

FOFO (The Fear Of Feeling Out) – The Most Dangerous Epidemic Spreading Across The World.

FOFO (fear of feeling out) could be the reason for why something so apparently distasteful can become mainstream culture. After all music is one of the most cultural forming tools that exist, and this may be the reason why…

Back in the time of our tribal ancestors if you were rejected by the tribe it would mean no one would want your babies. Something as trivial as not being able to dance could end in rejection. If you were born a lighter or darker skin color than everyone else, such as an albino, or if you were much smaller or weaker than other members of the tribe you would most likely be excluded, and off on your own you would go.

Unless you were a real ‘renegade’ and managed to create your own competing tribe elsewhere, you would get outcasted, fail to pass on your genes, and would inevitably die a fast and painful death. The fear of this ever happening is perhaps the greatest fear of all and it still drives a lot of human behaviour to this day.

It seems we have moved on a lot since those tribal ancestral times, but has it really? The fear of feeling out or excluded is still a driving factor of a lot of human behaviour. The human need for belonging, connection and love is perhaps the greatest human need of all and is hardwired deep into the bio-survival circuit of the reptilian brain.

Just think back on your own life at how many things you did, decisions you made, events you did or did not attend, books you did or did not read, clothes you would wear or would never dream of wearing simply to fit into the culture you felt most attracted to. Marketing and advertising is all designed to create cultures within cultures, and to lose the deep seated fear of feeling out, to get you to the buy stuff that makes you feel more ‘in’.

Depression and anxiety is a serious epidemic around the world. A big reason for it is this growing movement towards becoming tribal cultures again. You may be at risk of depression if you feel you have been excluded by your current ‘tribe’ because for example you do not earn as much money anymore and you can’t afford to go to the same places as them, or perhaps you do not feel connected anymore to your workmates, peers, friends or even family. Perhaps you turned vegan, but they still eat meat, or you do yoga but they now think you are a weirdo for doing it and so on. Until you discover a new ‘tribe’ that makes you feel more ‘in’ then you may suffer from depression or anxiety, especially if it is your own family who are beginning to exclude you.

Conclusion

Music is one of the most powerful culture forming tools that has ever existed. Kids look up to music stars like their heroes. They want to act like them, dress like them, make as much money as them, take drugs like them, and treat women like them. This is the same for every genre of music, however it did not seem it could get worse than gangster rap, until the devolution of mumble rap.

At one time musicians and artists like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, and Bob Dylan stood for something. Their music had a message, they spoke out against corruption and wanted to make a positive impact in the world. Where are all the role models gone? With the recent #Metoo campaign exposing pedophilia rings in the film and music industry, and the rise of popularity of new genres of music like mumble rap glamorizing rape and murder, we desperately need a revolution in music or else we are in grave danger.

Music is just like the ring in Lord Of The Rings. It gives great power but at the same time requires great responsibility. Thankfully there are underground artists who still make music for the love of the art, and there are more and more emerging artists who are real talents, with also a positive message for the world.

Back in 2012, I actually manifested Uri into my life, using a simple ritual, that I am going to share with you at the end…

Back then I had an averagely successful internet business based around my passion for music and meditation. I was fascinated about the mind, the nature of reality and whether we could really bend it to our favour.

I had also got into subjects like high ritual magick, magical rituals from my native land of ancient india and even secret masonic rituals of the world’s elite.

To cut a long story short, I ended up at his home, a mansion that looks like the White House, where he told me he would help me be even more successful in my life and business…

Uri practices Kabbalah, the magical and mystical component of Judaism. It is startling similar to the vedic system from ancient india that is from my own ancestral culture. It is full of daily rituals for different areas of your life, from how to get optimum health to becoming more successful in life.

All the extremely successful people I am friends with or have as clients seem to have in common is the fact they all seem to be into doing weird rituals with results that often appear like magic!

I had just started TheRenegadePharmacist.com, a website that shares many alternatives to conventional medication, based on my own self healing journey, when I cured myself of a chronic illness back in 2012.

I was going up against the architects of the Matrix itself! In the form of Big Pharma and other big corporations whose sole interest is to keep you locked into a system where they have all the money and power

…And where they profit over your ignorance!

Uri warned me that it would be a tough battle, and to be very careful as the powers that be will do whatever they can to bring you down, as they tried to bring him down!

What was going on??

I then realised my article had gone insanely viral across the entire internet!

I was the number one trending article on facebook for 2 weeks solid!

I had over a million hits to my site in less than a month!

Fox News even did a TV show just about this article!!

I was now suddenly the most famous pharmacist in the world!!!

Not only that I now have one of the most powerful sites in terms of SEO (search engine optimization) in my field because of that article. Google ranks your website’s ‘importance’ based on how many ‘authority’ sites link to your website. This determines how easily a site can rank for keywords in Google search results. I have an insane number of ‘authority’ sites linking to my main site due to that article going viral which means I can now out rank a lot of other websites for highly competitive keywords.

For example, one of the most horrible symptoms for ulcerative colitis is ‘blood in stool’. In fact it gets between 10k-2million monthly searches on google and is an extremely competitive keyword. So if you rank of the first page of google with an article, that article is going to get a lot of traffic!

By crazy fate, I have an article that solves this issue with my ‘Renegade Gut Protocol’ on the first page of google for ‘blood in stool’ for this debilitating symptom that can cause a lot of distress in sufferers of it!

This manifesting stuff really must work!!

Then a little while later I saw a documentary about a real life superhuman, known as The Ice Man, Wim Hof.

Wim became famous for breaking 20+ world records, one of them climbing up Mount Everest in nothing but shorts, and proving for the first time that we all have the ability to tap into our autonomic nervous system and create super human abilities like he has!

His method seemed very similar to the ritual I was using too. So I had to meet this guy!

I repeated the exact same process…

A week later I was being invited to Wim’s house to interview him for my site!

His door number is 11, and so is mine! (more 11 weirdness to follow)

I have since formed a band with Wim Hof, an incredible guy who has since become a global sensation and I even produced the online course audio tracks and the soundtrack to the Wim Hof Method, that is now used by millions of people worldwide!

Another crazy synchronicity occured after going to networking conference called Afest, run by Mindvalley in Greece 2016…

A couple of years before that, I discovered the magical island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, that is my home. When I first arrived I visited a place called The Sanctuary, a world famous spa resort located in the part of Koh Phangan, that inspired the famous movie starring Leonardo Di Caprio called The Beach.

I affirmed to my friend that ‘one day I will do something with the person who created this space, as it is one of the most incredible places to visit in the world!’

Low and behold I met the founder of The Sanctuary at Afest called Shashi Solluna, a world famous tantra teacher who is published by Hay House, and has an amazing community of like minded people on this stunning island!

She also happens to be from my home town and went to the girls school adjacent to mine!

We ended up creating some magic together by getting our first Tantra music album signed to Hay House, under my production name amAya.

As music is my passion and Hay House is one of the most prestigious publishers in the world, this was yet another big dream come true!

My ability to manifest people into my life was freaking out my friends…

They were in disbelief, so I had to find a way to explain all this rationally.

After contemplating all of this, I discovered these manifesting abilities can actually be explained by science, specifically quantum physics and our evolving understanding of how the mind and the universe works.

Why Thoughts Become Things…

In my search for a method to self heal, I came across the work of Dr Joseph Murphy, considered the father of personal development, who wrote the book, The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

In this book are countless testimonials of people who had healed themselves by learning how to reprogram their subconscious mind using a process he calls ‘Scientific Prayers’

If you imagine your subconscious mind as an operating system on a computer, you can erase the disk and start again with a far superior operating system free from bugs.

This is made possible by the amazing power of SUGGESTION, and it is this process that holds the secret to unlocking your infinite subconscious mind power.

It is this power that explains the miracles of prayer and why so many still practice it till this day.

When you pray you are rewriting the matrix of habitual thoughts hardwired into your subconscious.

THOUGHTS WHICH ARE MIXED WITH ANY OF THE FEELINGS OF EMOTIONS, CONSTITUTE A ‘MAGNETIC’ FORCE WHICH ATTRACTS, FROM THE VIBRATIONS OF THE ETHER, OTHER SIMILAR, OR RELATED THOUGHTS.

A thought thus “magnetized” with emotion may be compared to a seed which, when planted in fertile soil, germinates, grows, and multiplies itself over and over again, until that which was originally one small seed, becomes countless millions of seeds of the SAME BRAND!” (p.72) (Law of Attraction)

The simple explanation is that when you feel good, the quality of your thoughts become good.

As the world’s most successful coach and master manifestor Tony Robbins always says,

“The difference between peak performance and poor performance is not intelligence or ability; most often it’s the ‘state’ that your mind and body is in.”

Your life is just a series of decisions. You are more likely to make good decisions when they are based on high quality thoughts and at a high vibrational energy, and when you are in a high vbrational state!

Your vibrational energy is related to your emotional energy.

As shown by quantum physics, everything in the universe is composed of a singular energy.

Each quanta of energy vibrates at a specific frequency of light.

The grand total of all vibrations of the cells in your whole body results in your own unique overall frequency.

Passion is the biggest determiner of your state of flow…

When you are in flow, you are most productive, life becomes effortless, and it feels like time no longer exists!

When you flow, you GROW!

This is the natural law of the universe.

All the successful and most attractive people I know have very high self esteem, are very passionate about life and this unstoppable self confidence and high levels of passion creates emotions of a very potent life force!

What concerns me also, and another strong reason for why I am now stepping up and sharing my story, is the fact most law of attraction coaches and self help gurus focus on the mind that resides inside their heads.

It seems their body is just a vehicle to transport their heads around!

No, this is completely and utterly wrong! The rituals I use go much deeper…

They focus on the real truth that your mind and body are ONE!

When you realise your body and mind are the same, that’s when magic really happens…

Most people turn to things like sugary foods, drugs and alcohol to change their state and feel more positive.

Soma in latin means the whole body of organisms, the body of planets, stars, and the idea that a successful society is like all the components of one body working in harmony.

The Legend Of Soma

Soma was a mystical ritual involving ingesting a psychedelic elixir documented in the Rig Veda, the oldest text of the world’s oldest religion, Vedanta. Soma allowed the rishis to reach ecstatic states of bliss and commune with the gods in order to download the sacred wisdom to create a harmonious society on planet earth.

However at one point the Soma runs out and the addicted Rishi’s go crazy. Then the God’s ordered them to go inwards to discover how to release the Soma from within…

This gave the foundations of tantra, yoga, and meditation and the realization that we already possess the innate ability to create any drug that we want from within our own physiology.

Now I strongly believe I have revived this ancient ritual and enhanced it to work faster and deeper using modern technology.

At the workshop, we had 11 people by strange coincidence, and this is my lucky number. I make everyone set an intention before the workshop. At the end of it a tall american guy called Andy comes over to me and gives me a huge hug. He then continues to explain that his intention was to have proof in the spirit world, as he was a devout atheist with a scientific mind, and so for many years he has had a serious disconnect with his parents who are both preachers!

He tells me that miracle has just happened…

He witnessed the divine spirit. He saw proof in the existence of God.
