Hi! Thanks for the great article, and website in general. Exciting stuff.

I found this part unclear though:

‘When you play two separate frequencies in each ear, say 140 Hz and 149 Hz, the difference in frequency is 9 Hz.’

Do you mean two separate frequencies, both frequencies are played in each ear? Or ONE in each ear?

I assume it’s the latter, but just to be clear.

Thanks for the Indonesian Yamu Juice recipe. I have been looking for this recipe and someone told me I could find I ton the Renegade website. I tried but could not find it. I was also trying to buy colostrum from you. That worked very well. I am going to buy some more of it.

BTW, I was born in Indonesia, so I am familiar with their herbs and spices.
Glad I found the recipe for the juice. I am going to make it.

I have MS too and understand what you mean. I started using kratom for pain relief and fatigue about a year ago. Did lots of research and finally dove in. It helped tremendously with so many symptoms. I didn’t need to take adderall or hydrocodone! I alternate days and strains. It takes a minute to find your “sweet spot”. Less is more stimulating while more is more sedating. I would suggest finding a vitamin shop or nutrition city as I’ve found the best prices are there. Maube buy prefilled caps first?
