Ingredients
1 tablespoon of organic-grade hemp protein powder or hemp seed shells 2 tablespoons of organic-grade hemp seed oil
1 tablespoon of maca
1 tablespoon of raw chocolate powder
1⁄2 cup of kefir (optional)
1 or 2 tablespoons of 6-hour colostrum (optional)
1 ripe banana
1 cup of organic almond milk (carrageen free) or rice milk or organic goats milk (much easier to digest than cows milk)
Organic honey to taste (be careful of cheap brands as they are often sweetened with high fructose corn syrup)
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for two to three minutes, then drink and enjoy!
